Warranty
Last updated: April 2026
This warranty applies to repairs completed by Dutch Tech from our mobile workshop, using parts and workmanship in line with our service standards.
What is covered
For a limited period from the date of repair (see below), we warrant:
- Parts we supply and install against defects in materials or installation under normal use.
- Our labour for the specific repair carried out, where a fault arises from how the work was done.
Warranty period
Unless we state otherwise on your invoice or confirmation, our standard warranty on fitted parts and labour is 90 days from the repair date. Some components or manufacturer-supplied parts may carry different terms—where that applies, we will tell you at the time of repair.
What is not covered
- New damage from drops, impacts, liquid, or misuse after the repair.
- Issues unrelated to the repair performed (e.g. a separate fault in another component).
- Normal wear and tear, battery ageing, or cosmetic wear.
- Repairs attempted by third parties after our work.
- Software, accounts, passwords, or data loss (please back up before the visit).
- Devices that were already bent, badly damaged, or at high risk of failure—we will advise honestly before proceeding.
Making a warranty claim
Contact us at hello@dutch-tech.co.uk or call 07706 452429 with your name, postcode, and a description of the issue. We may ask to inspect the device again. If the fault falls within this warranty, we will remedy it at our discretion (e.g. rework or replacement of the affected part), without charge for that warranted work.
Limitations
This warranty is not transferable. Our liability is limited to re-performing or correcting the warranted repair; we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights you may have under consumer law where applicable.
