Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026

These terms govern your use of the Dutch Tech website and our mobile repair services. By booking a repair or using our site, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide on-site repairs from our mobile workshop at the address you provide, subject to availability and safe access. We will confirm details before work begins where appropriate.

Pricing & payment

Quotes are based on your device, selected repairs, and our live catalogue. A deposit may be required to secure a booking where checkout is enabled; the remaining balance is due as agreed at the appointment unless stated otherwise.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate contact and address details.
  • Ensure someone is available at the agreed time (or follow our instructions for access).
  • Back up your data before repair where possible; we are not responsible for data loss.
  • Disclose any prior repair attempts, water damage, or safety issues that may affect the repair.

Limitation of liability

We carry out work with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (including loss of data, profit, or business). Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence).

Warranty

Our repair warranty is described on the Warranty page and forms part of these terms.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as soon as possible. Where a deposit has been paid, any refund or reschedule is handled fairly and in line with the nature of the booking.

Website use

Do not misuse the site (including attempting to interfere with security or overload systems). We may suspend access where necessary to protect the service.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
